Renate Stendhal

Renate Stendhal, Ph.D., is a German-born writer, writing coach, and counselor working in Pt. Reyes Station, Berkeley, and San Francisco, California. Among her publications are Sex and Other Sacred Games (with Kim Chernin) and the award-winning photo-biography Gertrude Stein in Words and Pictures. Her most recent book is True Secrets of Lesbian Desire: Keeping Sex Alive in Long-Term Relationships.
